NMCE – New Mexico Council of Exchangors

NMCE – Creative Real Estate Marketing and Exchange

When the traditional “buy-sell” market place is not producing the desired results, a property exchange, 1031 tax deferred exchange, or equity exchange, may be a alternative to consider.

The New Mexico Council of Exchangors is a nonprofit professional organization of licensed New Mexico Real Estate Brokers dedicated to increasing the productivity of its members and to educating property owners and real estate professionals to the benefits of real estate exchanges or “equity marketing” as it is sometimes called.

The Exchangors group has been active for over 25 years in New Mexico, with our focus being to assist other brokers and clients to complete transactions. Our weekly marketing sessions, the Haves and Wants Bulletin, and this website allow us to expose and market properties, exchange ideas, solve problems and create transactions for our customers and clients in a cooperative and innovative environment. Whether you are considering trading property or completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange, our group can get it done!

Contact any NMCE member for information about exposing your property to this buying, selling and exchanging opportunity.

We meet each Thursday at 8:30 AM at the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors office, 1635 University Boulevard NE. All licensed Real Estate brokers are invited to attend any weekly meeting. Bring your business cards, introduce yourself, and enjoy learning interesting and creative ways to conduct your business, and potentially, an amazing new source of growth for your bottom line.

Your first visit is free. Come and enjoy coffee and goodies. We look forward to meeting you and we know, when you see this potential for your business, you will return.
